Summer’s over, but I still love my iced tea. Easily make a glass any time (and save on fridge space) with iced tea concentrate. I made a sweetened black tea concentrate and an unsweetened jasmine green tea one by putting six tea bags in a big mug of hot water and letting them steep until nice and strong. Then repeated. You can add sweetener at this point.
Melissa at Refashionista has a recipe where you reduce your tea on the stovetop, which is obviously quicker than doing it the way I do it.
