Try It: Whoopie Pies

My daughter received Whoopie Pies by Sarah Billingsley and Amy Treadwell as a gift, so of course we had to make a batch of chocolate ones right away. Bakerella has the recipe posted up along with a peanut butter filling recipe.

Super easy and absolutely delicious. We just used Fluff for the filling since we couldn’t wait, but we did think ice cream would make just as good a filling.
