All About the Packaging: Loose-Leaf Zip Pouch
Improv Sewing had a fun project for canvas loose-leaf paper and I thought it would make a great zippered pouch. All you need is some canvas; a zipper; as well as blue, pink and white thread. I drew guidelines on the canvas in disappearing fabric pen first since I don’t always sew as straight as I would like.
I’m going to make some in various sizes to give to our teachers as holiday gifts. Maybe I’ll have the kids use fabric marker to write a message, too. For a great lined zipper pouch tutorial, check out So Sew Something.
I love this! So simple and creative -great kids and teachers gifts. Now I’ve got to learn to sew!
