All About the Packaging: Boo-uncy Balls

I had a bunch of random colored bouncy balls left, so I thought I’d use them to make something fun for my son’s class.

All you need to make these cute little ghosts are tissue paper, bouncy balls and twist ties. I drew on faces, but you could use stickers or googly eyes.
