Make This: Marshmallows

I’ve been wanting to make marshmallows for the longest time but the for some reason gelatin and candy thermometers put me off. I decided I’d give it a go This last snow day and it was much easier that I thought. I used the recipe (and the helpful tips and tricks) from The Flavor Bender but I kept whisking the mixture for 10 minutes as per The Kitchn‘s directions. Set up also didn’t take as long. I was able to cut the marshmallows about three hours later.
